Good news, we (the Ukiyo Kumo Team!) are back in operation and taking all necessary precautions and adhering to new safety protocols and have officially resumed warehouse operations and shipping services. Please note, there may be instances where slight processing and handling delays are encountered due to limited staff and occasionally encumbered resources.

In regards to new products, the North American supply chain of distribution partners for Good Smile Company & related umbrella brands, Kotobukiya, and Bandai are slowing beginning to resume business operations but business is far from usual. With closures for nearly two months, there is a tremendous backlog of orders and shipments to catch up on. We kindly ask for your patience while we wait for pending pre-order items to arrive.

How will this affect my stock item order?

We are actively shipping in stock items from our warehouse and partner warehouses for orders placed on our website. Again, there may be slight service delays in processing and handling due to limited staff and resources.

How will this affect my pre-order item?

If your pre-order item or item you plan on ordering has a release month that has already passed it is still expected to arrive and is simply behind schedule. No manufacturers have cancelled any products that we are currently aware of. If an item is a scheduled to be released more than a few months out, chances are not much has changed. However, please know there is a possibility of continued nationwide delays and/or release date changes across a wide range of products. Should either come into effect, you will be notified by email if you have placed an order with us.

As a company that prides itself on our community of collectors and hobbyist alike, your health and safety is very important to us. We will continue to monitor and follow the latest guidelines from the CDC and WHO to continue to maintain a safe environment so that we can continue to support our customers, vendors, and employees.
