[COVID-19 Notification & Disclaimer]

As an online exclusive retailer, we (the Ukiyo Kumo team!) are still here and working from home to support our customers and figure community in any way possible during these challenging times. Online orders can still be placed per usual, however, please expect various shipment delays as described below.

Under California state governance there has been an order for temporary closures of all non-essential businesses due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). As such, our North American supply chain of distribution partners for Good Smile Company & related umbrella brands and Bandai have temporarily suspended shipping and receiving operations until mid/late April or further notice. In an effort to become part of the solution and not the problem, we have also suspended all warehouse/shipping operations until safe to do so.

As a result, all incoming and pre-order products scheduled to arrive within this time frame will remain at the local ports until distribution partners re-open and resume business as normal. They will not be receiving shipments of new products nor will they be shipping to any suppliers/vendors across North America. Please expect delays or postponements when business activities resumes due to backlog. As a geographical neighbor to these facilities, we will do our best to bring items in as quickly as possible once they re-open.

How will this affect my stock item order?

Though warehouse activity and shipment of products is temporarily suspended until mid/late April or until deemed safe, rest assured your item will still be reserved for YOU and shipped when normal business operations resume. Feel free to place any orders as you desire.

How will this affect my pre-order item?

First....it depends.

Secondly.....you're not alone.

As a Good Smile Partner Shop we purchase only from legitimate sources and we have received factual information that all of North America's supply is temporarily being put on hold.

If your pre-order item or item you plan on ordering is expected to be released in the coming months, it is still expected to arrive and quantities are still limited. If an item is a scheduled to be released at least a few months out, chances are not much has changed. However, please know there is a possibility of nationwide delays and/or release date changes across a wide range of products. Should either come into effect, you will be notified by email if you have placed an order with us.

As a company that prides itself on our community of collectors and hobbyist alike, your health and safety is very important to us. We will continue to monitor and follow the latest guidelines from the CDC and WHO to continue to maintain a safe environment so that we can continue to support our customers, vendors, and employees.
